Our Story – Flame Broiler Is Dedicated To Serving You with Delicious, Fast, And Healthy Food!
Founder -Young Lee, who had recently graduated from UCLA having a degree in economics, had joined the workforce and often found himself on the road. However, he discovered that restaurants serving healthy meals were few and far between.
First Restaurant Opens – Entrepreneurial by nature, in 1995 he opened the first restaurant in Orange County that served simple, healthy fast food. What better approach to solve an issue rather than to solve it yourself?
Started Franchising – Word concerning the healthy food and quick service at Flame Broiler Menu, and Young quickly became extremely busy. He created a very broad customer base. The widely loved concept appealed to many differing people.
Giving Back for the Community – Mr. Lee started to give back by feeding the homeless, and soon started to sponsor children in need of assistance. He is dedicated to sponsoring 2 children per location that opens. Today, through Flame Broiler Inc., Mr. Lee sponsors a staggering 338 children.
180 Locations & Growing – Words continued to spread, and the founder saw franchising in an effort to provide even more people having a healthy option to fast food while maintaining our prime amount of service. So the story continues today with 180 Flame Broiler Restaurants in California, Arizona, Florida, Nevada and Oklahoma.
The Flame Broiler is actually a fast food restaurant marketed as being a healthy food and quick service provider. When you could imagine, The Flame Broiler costs are just a little higher, which is often the common characteristic amongst the healthier fast food restaurants.
The restaurant’s main offerings include bowls that are either veggie or have meats within it like beef or chicken. Bowls consist of your choosing of meat poured over white or brown rice, and steamed veggies. Along with bowls, in addition they offer plates that are similar except they include fruit and salad on the side.
Flame Broiler has opened a location in La Verne, California, under the direction of any first-time franchisee, Josh Fuentes. He’s looking forward to transitioning from previous work with all the Southern California Gas Company to centering on Flame Broiler full time, based on a company press release.
“While doing work for my previous company, I had been always on the road and found very few options that are healthy, taste great and still considered fast food until I used Flame Broiler,” Fuentes said. “I immediately fell in love with how simple, healthy and affordable it is actually, and kept making excuses to visit back. It inspired me to get back into condition, clean up my diet and help people change their lifestyle much the same way I did.”
Flame Broiler’s core menu features rice bowls that start at just 140 calories. The bowls are created with non-GMO white or brown rice, Angus beef, all-natural chicken or organic charbroiled tofu, freshly blanched vegetables, and busvqj with chopped green onions. For an added flavor kick, guests are invited to top bowls off with Flame Broiler’s proprietary hot sauce, double hot sauce, triple hot sauce or its Korean BBQ-inspired Magic Sauce.
“The Inland Empire has always been a solid region for your brand, and that i know La Verne will be no exception,” said Young Lee, CEO and founder of Flame Broiler. “As a brand, we’re getting excited about watching Josh grow and developing a stronger presence in the community.”
