This can be acquiring a little personal here before I offer you these three amazing treatments, I have to let you know one among my most embarrassing sweaty foot stories. I had been in college and went on a date with this particular girl. Anyway, things were going pretty great and after dinner, we went to her apartment to cuddle up a little. As I got from the door she said the place was only cleaned and asked me to adopt my shoes off. Already, I used to be receiving a little nervous.
I recall she had this dark tile kitchen floor and as I walked across it, I left damp foggy foot tracks. She looked put off by the sight of my sweat tracks immediately.
Things got a little bit awkward afterward and I never heard from her again. Now, I don’t determine things didn’t figure out due to my sweaty feet, but I’m sure it didn’t increase my allure at the time.
So look, whatever reason YOU have to stop your foot sweating, it really couldn’t be any easier as soon as you the basic natural home remedies which get results very fast. I’m talking, within hours.
Vinegar Foot Baths – Mix together 1/2 cup vinegar as well as a quart of very tepid to warm water inside a basin. Soak your feet for 25 minutes. Then, dry the feet well – make sure you don’t forget the spaces in between your toes. Don’t rinse the feet. Permit the vinegar really saturate your pores.
Besides the vinegar work as an astringent, It exfoliates a thin top layer of your own foot skin. You’ll experience dryness for hours after that soak. Plus, the acid from the vinegar neutralizes odor causing bacteria deep with your feet. Many people like using apple cider vinegar just for this treatment. However, for foot sweating, I enjoy white vinegar. It’s stronger and works faster.
Being a side benefit, vinegar also inhibits fungal growth so you’ll protect your toenails from fungus and get rid of common problems like athletes foot.
Salt Water Soak – Simple? Yes. Effective? Ohhh Yes. Don’t underestimate the effectiveness of a salt water soak on the feet. The salt will dry them right up and if you are using Epsom salts, you’ll have 65dexhpky dry skin at the same time. Exfoliating by using a loofah before soaking your feet in salt water makes results faster AND more durable. You also want to ensure you use warm water to start up your skin’s pores and allow maximum contact with the salt.
Be cautious in case you have any open cuts or sores on your own feet. This will burn if you have any open abrasions.
Sage Tea – I saved the best for last. Sage tea contains super high degrees of Tannic Acid that is a natural astringent. Add 4 to 5 bags of sage tea right into a large basin of hot water and allow it steep up until the tea is fully dissolved. Then soak your feet for 25 minutes.
The tea works its distance to your foot pores and go to work, drying them up and neutralizing odor causing bacteria. Sage tea is incredibly powerful as a 除臭襪. Use this tonight and love the results.
